1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CryptoHype (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

CryptoHype provides market data, AI-generated signals, sentiment analysis, and educational tooling. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and you may lose your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Share your account or attempt to bypass paid features.

7. Third-Party Data

Market data, news, and social content come from third-party providers (e.g. CoinGecko, exchanges, news APIs). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not liable for losses arising from third-party data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its UI, code, branding, and AI outputs, is owned by CryptoHype or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOHYPE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
